Presidents Day Closure

All Align branches and the member contact center will be closed on Monday, February 16, 2026, in observance of Presidents Day. During this period, transactions can be made through online, mobile*, and telephone banking.

Lowell Branch ATM Machine Alert

The ATM at our Lowell branch location is temporarily not able to accept deposits.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve the issue. For alternative ATM options during this time, please visit our locations page.

Digital Wallet Debit Card Notice: Digital wallet functionality is temporarily unavailable for debit cards that were not added to a digital wallet prior to 2/1/2026. We’re working to resolve the issue and expect full functionality to be restored by the end of next week. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Member Scam Alert:

Members should be aware of a recent scam where individuals falsely claim to represent Align Credit Union. These callers might say a debit card transaction was attempted and ask you to verify your personal information. If you receive such a call, do not provide any details.
